Casting beds are a very important part of hollowcore production. Good quality, dimensionally accurate, correctly installed beds ensure efficient continuous production and help improve the finished hollowcore slab soffit quality.

Spiroll beds come in complete sections for assembly on site with provision for heating pipes and connection to a curing system. Spiroll will provide supervision during the bed installation process to ensure required tolerances are adhered to.

Casting beds can typically range from 70 m to 150 m. Shorter beds allow for more flexibility with different slab sizes, but longer beds offer greater productivity.
