From its base in the United Kingdom, Spiroll manufactures and provides support to the prestressed concrete industry throughout the world. We specialise in providing cost effective production systems for the manufacture of precast hollowcore floor/roof slabs and wall panels.

We support our customers with appraisal, design, project management and bespoke training packages. We provide every customer with a tailored service providing them with everything required to plan their project.

We can also provide all our prospective cutomers a full feasibility study. This can be amended to suit local market rates so that you can appreciate both the fixed and variable costs of running a factory with Spiroll machinery.

We provide all information on the capital, raw materials; labour requirements and overheads so that you can establish a cost per m2 of slab. You can then ascertain some form of payback against the local selling price of hollowcore.

Support with design of the hollowcore buildings, conversion of designs in utilising hollowcore as walling systems is also available.
