Spiroll has agreed and formalised with Proskills a National stressing training scheme for the Certification of Training Achievement (CTA) for all employees involved with the prestressing of precast concrete. The Health and Safety Executive has reviewed the scheme and regard it as a significant step in contributing to accident reduction in the precast industry.

The training is tailored to suit a factory’s facilities and working procedures. Personnel will be trained to demonstrate necessary skills, knowledge and competence levels.
It commences with a review of production facilities and stressing equipment followed by classroom training, written and practical assessment. Certification is provided to cover the training modules successfully completed.

In addition Spiroll can provide safe systems of work and risk assessments. This extension will review operations and provide written guidance for safe working practices and identifying the risks associated with stressing.
Spiroll has successfully completed stressing training courses in over 45 precast factories worldwide. Please contact us for more details.
