We provide custom built multi-stressing systems; hydraulic detensioning rigs and offer a full range of stressing pumps; jacks; grips; accessories and related services.
We have a National accredited prestressing training scheme and offer the UK and Ireland the world's only stressing grip cleaning and inspection service.
Our staff have over 30 years of hands on experience in prestressing concrete products; bringing a wealth of knowledge and skills that we are able to convert in the form of our bespoke solutions.
Multi-Stressing Systems

Stressing Pumps
The SR3000 Pump has been designed specifically to provide a fast stressing operation. The highly modular design of this hydraulic pump facilitates maintenance and servicing while its robust construction provides excellent protection even in the toughest factory conditions.
Stressing Jacks
We offer a full range of stressing jacks to pull wire from 3mm up to 7mm and strand from 8mm up to 18mm. Jacks can be supplied in short (200mm stroke) and long (400mm stroke) options. The stressing jacks are designed and built to high quality standards; they are extremely robust; reliable; require minimal maintainence and are able to withstand to the rigours of precast production.
Stressing Grips
We offer a full range of stressing grips for all prestressed concrete applications from 3mm wire up to 18mm strand.
