The design of the Spiroll extruder in utilising high frequency vibration delivers low cost production in relation to raw materials, labour and maintenance and is well supported through an ongoing development program as well as complete training packages and off the shelf spare parts availability.
SpirollCAD
Control of logistics is vital to the success of hollowcore manufacturing. SpirollCAD is a hollowcore design and production planning software package that gives total control to the whole manufacturing process from the first engineer’s drawings right through to the fixing of the finished hollowcore on the construction site.
Universal Extruder
The Universal Extruder is the heart of our hollowcore production system. Its unique design ensures that production is low cost, extremely reliable and the finished hollowcore is of the highest quality. The functional design means it very easy to use, set-up and maintain.
Multi-Angle Saw
The Multi-Angle Saw is designed for cutting the slabs directly on the production beds. The saw can cut any angle from 0-90 degrees in the hollowcore slabs. It can perform large skews and shallow off sets and also drive long cuts/rips down the entire length of the slab.
Crosscut Saw
The Crosscut Saw is specifically designed for cutting 90 degree crosscuts in the hollowcore slabs. It provides a fast, reliable and economical cutting solution. The saw can be designed to work in conjunction with any existing hollowcore factory.
Longcut Saw
The Longcut Saw is specifically designed for cutting long/rip cuts through the green hollowcore slabs. The saw cuts directly behind the casting machine in the wet concrete which gives a faster cut than a standard bed saw.
Yard Saw
The Yard Saw provides a secondary cutting station outside in the stock yard. The saw can cut any angle from 0-90 degrees in the hollowcore slabs up to 500mm in depth. It can perform large skews and shallow off sets and also drive long cuts/rips down the entire length of the slab.
Bed Cleaner
The Bed Cleaner is a multi-purpose machine that speeds up all the labour intensive activities in the manual preparation of the casting beds ready for hollowcore production. The Bed Cleaner is powered by a water cooled, four cylinder, low emission diesel engine.
Casting Beds
Casting beds are a very important part of hollowcore production. Good quality; dimensionally accurate; correctly installed beds ensure efficient continious production and help improve the finished hollowcore slab soffit quality.
