30 Ton Stressing Jacks

We have currently have four (4) x 2nd hand CCL 30 Ton Stressing Jacks available for sale. These jacks are compatible with any make or model of two hose type hydraulic pump units. They can pull any diameters of prestress strand from 15.2mm through to 18.0mm. There is also a 13mm special nose cone and internal wedge that can be fitted as an optional extra.

The stressing jacks are extremely reliable and simple to use. The jacks will be totally reconditioned; all internal seals replaced and fully serviced. The jacks would be supplied complete with a tool kit; spare pulling wedges and a spare seal kit.

We would be prepared to offer a one (1) year warranty on these jacks against failure caused by manufacturing defects. Liability would be limited to replacement of the parts and not any consequential costs.
