2nd Hand Machinery

Here at Spiroll we realise that people for one reason or another don't necessarily want to buy precast machinery as new. We are always on the look out to buy back, recondition and re-home any unwanted 2nd hand prestressed or precast concrete production equipment.

We ensure that the 2nd hand machines are passed on to the customer in an immaculate condition. By that we mean that the machines come back to Spiroll and undergo a thorough reconditioning and inspection service. By recondition we mean: -

• completely strip down the machine;
• clean/sandblast and inspect all parts;
• replace any worn or damaged parts where necessary with new;
• ensure electrics conform to current standards;
• re-paint and re-assemble the machine;
• offer 6 months or 1 year warranty

We currently have a number of factory reconditioned machines available here at Spiroll. Please see below for details on what is available and where possible we have included photos; specifications and information about the equipment.

We are also interested in buying back or part exchaging any unwanted 2nd hand prestressed or precast concrete production equipment no matter what the age or condition. If you have any used machinery you wish to sell please feel free to contact us.

30 Ton Stressing Jacks

We have currently have four (4) x 2nd hand CCL 30 Ton Stressing Jacks available for sale. These jacks are compatible with any make or model of two hose type hydraulic pump units. They can pull any diameter of prestress strand from 15.2mm through to 18.0mm. There is also a 13mm special nose cone and internal wedge that can be fitted as an optional extra.

9.0m Lifting Beam

We currently have a new 6.0 Ton 9.0 metre long lifting beam available ex stock. This lifting beam has never been used and was originally sold to a company in 2007 that went bankrupt. We bought this item back from the recievers at a substanitally reduced rate and are in a position to offer it at a very low price.
