ConTech – Moscow

Spiroll’s Russian partner, VIKON, are exhibiting at the ConTech exhibtion in Moscow.

Running from the 29th November to the 1st December 2011 the show is at the Expocentre – Pavilion 7 in Moscow. ConTech is an International specialised Trade Fair in Concrete Plants; Equipment and Formwork.

VIKON’s Sales Manager, Oleg Konovalov, will be there for the duration of the exhibition. The stand number is B-1 in Pavilion 7

VIKON will be showcasing new solutions for the manufacture of all types of precast concrete elements required in building construction of industrial buildings and facilities. VIKON will also be exhibiting Spiroll hollowcore production solutions including the new 1.5m wide Extruder and accessories which have been specifically developed for the Russian market.

Big 5 Dubai 2011

Spiroll is exhibiting at The Big 5 Exhibtion at the Dubai World Trade Centre from the 21st until 24th November 2011.

Spiroll will be exhibiting its hollowcore production solutions including the new Universal Extruder which can manufacture a full range of hollowcore slabs using a quick change power unit together with different cassettes.

Excon – India 2011

Spiroll is exhibiting at Excon in Bangalore, India from 23rd November to 27th November 2011.

Spiroll will be show casing its new Precast Design Consultancy that has been developed specifically to support customers entering the new precast market in India. Spiroll’s customers are now fully supported in expert precast building design which will give confidence and guidance for them to be able to win projects more quickly and ensure they are completed successfully.

Spiroll’s precast design support is vital for a new start-up precast business in a newly developing market like India. Our service will help them establish and build up a new business that will deliver successful building projects ensuring a quicker return on the investment on the production machinery.

Spiroll support new precast customers with guidance on the application of precast techniques to buildings with designs and unit schedules. Spiroll provide all the necessary support to convert designs of traditional building techniques into complete precast systems. Detailing both precast and hollowcore elements followed by reinforcement, mould and connection drawings and detailing. All support including software for the manufacture of both precast and hollowcore elements. All designs are compliant to required codes and connections details to meet the seismic requirements.

CTT Moscow Exhibtion

Spiroll’s Russian partner, VIKON, will be exhibiting at the CTT – 11th International specialized show for «Construction Equipment & Technologies» in Moscow from the 31th May until 4th June 2011.

CTT is the largest annual exhibition of construction equipment in Russia and CIS countries, which every year brings together the leading manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and services.

British Precast 2011

British Precast will be holding it’s annual Conference and Awards Lunch on 18th May at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel in Leicester, UK.

The day will not only host the best practice awards over lunch, but will also feature a number of lectures and seminars plus Associate members’ briefings.

International Prestressed Hollowcore Association

The 16th Annual Conference of IPHA – Oslo, Norway 7th – 10th May 2011.

Spiroll is pleased to promote the International Prestressed Hollowcore Association. IPHA brings together over forty years of experience in the design, development, production, sales and marketing of Prestressed Hollowcore Flooring.

The Association was originally started as ISPA (International Spiroll Producers Association) in 1969 by seven companies who were operating Spiroll machines in seven different countries and saw the need to share experience and knowledge in design, development and production of hollowcore floors. IPHA has ever expanded to cover all aspects of the hollowcore flooring industry and has grown in size and strength ever since.

An IPHA Conference is held annually in a different host country. The conference generally lasts three days with members presenting papers on R & D, production, marketing and other relevant matters. There are also guest speakers of international repute. The programme usually includes a visit to a hollowcore production facility, local to the Conference venue, allowing new developments and variations in practice to be seen and discussed between Members.

The event is designed to be instructive and informative, but also has an enjoyable social programme for delegates and their partners in a generally relaxed atmosphere, which allows ample time for informal discussions outside the arranged programme events.

This year’s conference is being hosted by Contiga in Oslo in May this year. It will be a great event and is an absolute must for anyone in the hollowcore industry.

To encourage new members IPHA have until further notice suspended the current IPHA entrance fee of 2500 Euros.

Big 5 – Saudi Arabia

Spiroll are exhibiting at The Big 5 Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Exhibition from 27th February until 2nd March 2011.

Spiroll will be exhibiting a new concept to hollowcore production – the mobile plant. This provides the ability to manufacture precast slabs on the construction site for direct supply to the building project.

The new mobile plants has been developed specifically for the Saudi Arabian market. We have already delivered on a successful mobile project with Saudi Oger at Tuwel near Jeddah. We were approached in 2007 to design and build a site based hollowcore facility for the supply of hollowcore for the new King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).

Spiroll’s Managing Director, Stephen Carr, and Marketing Director, Paul Tate will be there for the duration of the exhibition. We are also exhibting together with our UK batching plant partner Steelfields Ltd. and also our joint local Saudi representative Steel Technology.

Spiroll is exhibiting at bC India from 8th to 11th February 2011.

bC India is a new trade show that focuses on the machinery industry for construction, building material, mining, construction vehicles and construction equipment for the Indian subcontinent and neighbouring countries. This business platform will bring together global market leaders and industry representatives to India.

ICCX Russia 2010
